Position: Theatre Nurse
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Hours: Full time or part time equivalents
Applications are invited for the post of Theatre Nurse from highly motivated and enthusiastic nurses with a passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in a scrub role, must be RGN or ODP qualified, have a valid NMC or HCPC registration and have post-registration experience.
Experience in a surgical nursing environment is essential with ophthalmic experience in either surgery or pre-operative nursing being desirable. Working in this pressured environment as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team, you will know that this role requires high levels of focus and engagement. Probus Surgical Centre is well known having provided a high quality minor surgical service for over 20 years where procedures are performed under local anaesthetic. We treat patients who are referred under the NHS and increasingly patients who present themselves as private.
