Accessibility

All areas of our Surgical Centre are accessible to wheelchair users. Portable hearing loops are available at the main reception desk and can be carried around the Surgical Centre as required.

Our patient information is available in a range of languages, large print and Braille, on request. We can arrange an interpretation service to support you if English is not your preferred language, just let us know your requirements in advance of your appointment.

When you arrive, please register at reception so we know you’re here. A member of staff will collect you for your appointment.
