From the moment you arrive to the second you leave us to go home you will encounter friendly caring staff that will treat you with dignity and respect you as an individual. Whether you are talking to our receptionists, having treatment from a nurse, enquiring about an administrative issue or when consulting your surgeon, you will find the whole experience satisfyingly pleasant.

As stated elsewhere on these web pages, our quality standards are at least as good as any other provider but the big and important difference here is that our staff do it with a smile.

Every member of staff in the Probus team are carefully selected and whilst exemplary qualifications are essential, they are only half the selection story. Kim Prowse

Senior Manager.
Kim is the Senior Manager at Probus Surgery, Probus Surgical Centre, Probus Pharmacy and Cornwall Medical Group. She has worked for Probus Surgery and Surgical Centre for 16 years, providing a wealth of management knowledge and experience to the team.
Spencer Casey

(LLB Hons) Director & Strategic Business Partner.
A director of Cornwall Medical Group, and the business & strategic manager of Probus Surgical Centre, Spencer studied Law at Kingston University and sat his LPC in The London College of Law. He has worked for the NHS for several years and brings a wealth of senior managerial experience to the business.
Special interests; A keen sportsman and former professional rugby player with Saracens and London Irish.
